Shipping Policy

All of our products may be shipped within the continental United States. If you have special requirements for shipping that is not available on your cart, please contact us for assistance.

Q. How fast do you ship?

A. We typically ship within ONE (1) business day of receiving your order. If you place your order before 3pm eastern, it is normally sent out the same day. This can be affected by weather, holidays or other outside factors, so if in doubt, please contact us to verify.

Q. Where do you ship to?

A. We ship only within the contiguous 48 states.

Q. What shipping methods do you use?

A. Any order weighing up to 15.99 oz. (with packaging) is shipped USPS First Class. If it weighs 16 oz. to 5 lbs. is shipped USPS Priority Mail as long as it fits the padded flat rate envelope. If your order weighs more than 5 lbs. (including gallons) it may ship FedEx or UPS so please no P.O. Boxes for those.

Q. What are your shipping rates?

A. We do not charge extra for our standard shipping. If you need faster speed than we list above, please contact us before ordering.

Q. Do I get a tracking number?

A. You will be provided with a tracking number on your account. If you use Paypal, the tracking number will also be listed under the transaction information.

Q. Is there an In-store pick up option?

A. Yes! Select the "In-store Pickup" option at checkout. Your items will be collected and will be available to be picked up within minutes during normal business hours. Our address and hours of operation are at the bottom of our website. Please pickup your order within 3 business days.
